Procedure for return-shipment of goods

If you plan to send us a return-shipment of goods/products in case of repair or warranty, we kindly ask you to pre-register the shipment by completing our RMA request form below.

After receipt of your completed RMA form our RMA department will reply to you with a RMA case number & shipping address/instructions. Please clearly mention this RMA case number on your shipment!

DO NOT SEND YOUR SHIPMENT WITHOUT THE RMA CASE NUMBER!
