All quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and agreements of Wabtec Netherlands BV shall be exclusively governed by our terms and conditions of sale. Any general terms and conditions, purchasing conditions, or other contractual provisions of 3rd parties are hereby expressly rejected and shall not apply. Any deviation from or addition to our terms and conditions shall only be valid if expressly agreed in writing.
