What happens after you submit a concern report?

  1. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your concern report has been received.
  2.  Our quality department reviews your feedback and assesses the reported information. 
  3.  We will contact you to request additional details, documentation or parts to support further investigation.
  4.  You will be informed about the outcome and any follow‑up actions, where applicable.
