Akapp-Stemmann at the “Kranfachtagung” (crane conference) in Bochum, Germany

With the annual Crane Conference, the specialist institutes of the Universities of Magdeburg, Bochum and Dresden take into account the great importance of cranes for the design of material flows.
The Crane Conference is an established specialist event that provides information on research results and new developments on all crane-related topics from a university and practical perspective.
Akapp-Stemmann participates in this event and exhibits high-quality conductor rail systems and spring cable drum technology for crane applications.
The latest development is a conductor rail system with integrated positioning, the PowerPOZ system. This system is based on the tried-and-tested multiconductor system, with continuous copper conductors and two additional internal channels in the conductor rail tube for the insertion of magnetic positioning tapes. As a result, the positioning system is fully integrated into the busbar sleeve and well protected against external influences and can be used very well in demanding industrial applications.
