The companies Akapp-Stemmann BV in Ede, Stemmann-Technik Nederland BV in Rijnsburg and Mors Smitt BV in Utrecht are part of the Wabtec Corporation (www.wabtec.com) since 2014 and 2012 respectively. In light of a corporate optimization, the above mentioned companies are merged legally into 1 company called
Wabtec Netherlands BV, effective as per September 29th, 2018.

Akapp-Stemmann, Stemmann-Technik and Mors Smitt will remain as brand names and will be displayed on products, brochures, websites etc.
Also street addresses, e-mail accounts, bank account numbers and contact persons remain unchanged.
